I love my new console, I got it easy and fast with Bestbuy it's the best!

Purchased online and picked up, friendly and efficient employees.

I had held off on upgrading from my previous ps4 and finally got me the ps5 disc version. I should have gotten this sooner!!! So much more offered on the console and the slim version looks much better imo and fits perfectly in my av center. Love the 30th anniversary settings for boot up!!

Poor packaging order new when i picked up the box look like has been torn open . WIth no seals on the open parts of box just rips and tears, I loved the ps5 had less than a month and only played like 3 for times because was on vacation. Went to bed early turned off ps5 before i left to the dr. I turned on the next morning and noticed right away. The screen was had a bunch of lines and half of the screen was shaking, and I couldn't see the bottom half, so I was like freaking out. And then I check everything and nothing had been moved or nothing, and I'd tried searching everything and It pretty much what's the GPU? It's what it's saying, cause I know a lot about electronics. And it probably was a open box, or a who knows the way it was shipped and throne or whatever. But issue of went out like that quick with the little view, say hat on it, and so I'm kind of unhappy, but I will be returning it. And asking for my money back so that was my experience.

All i can say is best buy made my family's Christmas this year the nest one yet! Thanks best buy!
