Switched from Xbox to PlayStation for my son. I’m not sure I’m a fan. PlayStation usb c to c cord for the charger for the remote broke within 2 weeks. I did call for a replacement and they did. But you really have to pay for every game. You gotta pay monthly to play games. I thought ps5 was different than Xbox where there’s not a subscription required. But it’s a min of $10 a month. So I wish I woulda stuck with Xbox. It did come with the fortnite bundle so that was cool. But I was really disappointed that PlayStation would not even offer a free trial for their subscription service. After paying so much money for the console. I had to pay for games and I had to pay the subscription fee for my son to play. It’s insane there was no option for at least a week or a month free trial to be able to see if this is even worth it.

Was supposed to be brand new and i got it for Christmas. My brother opened it and the side panels were broken and held on by tape with the ps5 having dust on it. Contacted support and the only suggestion would be returning it which doesnt make sense because the box was already opened and the ps5 was setup before he told me it was broken so im not able to return it.

Received my package in the original packaging. No protective, covering. It was a Christmas gift, so my child was able to see the gift, and it was shipped for everybody to see what it was. So anybody could have stolen it very disappointed in Best Buy shipping, and when I contacted them to find out. What I could do about the situation they told me I could return it, and it would be 7 to 10 business days for me to get my money for a ruined Christmas. Thank you, Best Buy

I couldn’t get it to connect to my WiFi even tho in the same spot I could get my ps4 to connect it was kinda frustrating but I did end up moving it to a different room and having a ton of fun with it

Received damaged package and Best Buy tried to sell me what was clearly an open-box item at a new price. Customer service advised that I bring to a store and exchange for new system. However, the store rep wanted me to pay extra $75 as the PS5 I purchased was on sale (and not available) and a comparable PS5 was not on sale so I would have to pay the difference. Overall, a terrible experience. Also, Best Buy shipping the PS5 in the original box for all to see is beyond comprehension.
