This was my grandson's Christmas gift. He was extremely pleased. He has used it often & loves all the graphics, features, & quick start up. He's absolutely no problems with it. We trust Best Buy with all of our electronic items. There's never been any issues. I have confidence that the issues would be resolved if there was.

Works greats love the PS5. Better options for the free game would be nice.

The graphics are amazing compared to my PS4 Pro. The dashboard is intuitive and is so easy to navigate that my 3 year old can select streaming services and pick her own shows. Highly recommend if you haven’t already upgraded.

this product was amazing, I had questioned on getting it for months. I bet the bill and finally got it and I love it so much. The graphics are way better. The timing is way better. Everything is just better than the previous model. I would 10 out of 10. Recommend this product to anyone

Bought it to satisfy my inner child. It’s nostalgia everytime I turn on this console. Paired this with a 4k tv and you good to go. Can’t go wrong with playstation.

Although I purchased this for my kids, I played PS5 couple times until now and the experience is truly satisfying. Setting up was really easy and fast. It’s got parental control and it keeps me informed of all the activities on the mobile app. I would recommend to buy on Best Buy deals (if one wants to save some bucks).

Excellent console device, constantly gaming with plenty of enjoyable game's with movie downloads, and streaming apps lots extra accessories available, different colors available for cover change , also controllers and compatibility games from the PS4 with slim designs.

its a ps5, temps do get high due to its smaller size. noise is not bad. the v-bucks are a plus.

geat graphics and fun to play with. cd drive is needed just in case the storage gets full.
