Problems 5 months in

We are currently approaching 5 months of ownership, and 4 months of use (it was purchased 2 weeks before it was gifted and used), and we are having issues with the imaging. No picture shows up on either HDMI screen, but we can hear the sound. We've switched out the HDMI cords with cords that are working, we've tried the smart mode restart option, checked the TV updates, and reached out for support. No one and no articles have been able to resolve the issue.
