Bought for my daughter she loves it! a little bulky for a slim

It’s very fast on uploading games and my son love it

It was a decently easy process, pick up went fine as well

Bought as a Christmas gift for a fortnight lover, but they've never actually been able to play a full game on it! I've contacted playstation and gone through all of their troubleshooting tips, and it still wont load. Every time we get an error code and it crashes. The PS5 is usable to play other games, so I'll give it a "fair" rating, but we're pretty bummed it wont play the one it's specifically made/advertised for. Evsn more disappointed its beyond the retunr window so were kinda stuck with it.

The console itself is fantastic. However our console was missing the Fortnite code which provides exclusive skins and VBucks. We’ve been struggling with Sony since xmas to get it back. Literally this back and forth is what made my kid finally sure there’s no Santa, and it’s removed hours of my January. Best Buy was sold out when we realized it - I wish I returned it when the window for that was still open and bought from somewhere else.

Although the console is great I experienced stick drift within a month of play

Nought this PS5 for my son in December and its been defective since 2-3 months after we bought it. Over heated one time and now the HDMI Dont wprk.

Product quality is way lower than my ps4, feels so plasticy and easy to break , controller same as well

It is ok. Not best out there but good enough for the price

It would have been amazing but when I took it out of the box, it did not fit on or in my shelf properly. I had to sell it. Sony should’ve made it smaller.

Dont order online. Came and shipped and the seal was already broken in and not intact called best buy and they said would be shipped new one yesterday and I received nothing. Im really upset for my son xmas gift

Loved it the first couple days now the fan is extremely loud it was supposed to be in excellent condition which I trusted to be true now I'm not so sure

I did not receive the bundle even though the page clearly says OpenBox-Excellent Sony - PlayStation 5 Slim Console Digital Edition - Fortnite Cobalt Star Bundle - White. I reached out to support multiple times and followed up over chat and call both but did not receive any positive response. I was told by the call center that I am eligible for the Fortnite bundle and should receive it but I never did. Dissapointed. Lost my money.

Hdmi port is loose. Has to be directly plugged into the wall. Not enough power when plugged into a power strip. Overall does have good game play.

Very unhappy with the service I have been receiving from Best Buy my PlayStation i ordered and had delivered was taken because you guys delivered a ps5 to my house in no packaging you can see in the pic sent of course someone will steal it!!! I’ve been waiting almost a month for a refund and I have yet to receive it. I am truly disappointed in the service I have received and hope to have this issue resolved soon.

Very bad service ups supposedly brings me the package and let it literally throw it in the sawmill outside my house the package didn't get it I paid $400 for the play station and Best Buy tells me that they can't refund the money can't give me another play station that seeks legal aid is abuse NEVER AGAIN GONNA BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STUPID STORE
