I would love to review this item, however, I purchased it on Dec 19th, paid extra for fast expedited delivery by Dec 23rd and here it is January 1st and I still dont have it. Oh, but apparently its out for delivery as it was loaded onto the truck for delivery on Dec 24th.......Santa must have taken it back to the North Pole with hom.

Weak. I can’t even play this system cause I don’t have fast enough internet

Totally disappointed with the service. Ordered this Ps5 slim console for 10tr old sons Christmas gift. It never got delivered and it got canceled today. Yesterday when I call customer service they ordered a new one and promised me it would ship before Jan 9. Today this cancellation made me total disappointment

I received this PS5 as a refurbished unit, it didnt contain all the parts, after 5 or 6 frustrating chat sessions I was given the opportunity to return the unit, they sent me a return label, after returning the unit Best Buy returned it to me saying I dont get a refund.

Did not receive my package they advised me to file a police report and the police could not even tell if it was delivered to my home due to the photo and have not received my refund and this has been since Christmas. I’m done shopping with best buy

Would go lower but you dont have this option. Very poor response from customer service. Had to drive 60 miles to nearest bestbuy to get anything done.

This package got stolen of mine and they offered me a replacement but canceled it for no reason and i’m now ps5less and they believe in us customers

Horrible I been waiting a month Christmas have came and gone. Kids think I’m lying about having them a game.

I never receive anything they said that they couldn’t give me a refund either

Bought this for my son for Christmas. The experience was easy and the service was great. Great deal on a great product. Easy to order, was notified in a timely manner to pickup and pickup was a friendly, good experience. My son loved it and I’m thankful for Best Buy helping make his Christmas that much better.

I have the PS5 Pro, and my 10-year-old wanted to start gaming with me on Goat Simulator 3 and Fortnite, so I got her this PS5. It’s awesome for the price we paid! She had the Xbox Series S but said the graphics were blurry LOL.

Bought this for my 14 year old son. Set up was easy as he was able to do it all himself without assistance. He hadn’t had it long but so far no issues. Picture is crystal clear & graphics are amazing.

Very satisfied with the product. Great gameplay and graphics. Recommend you get the best quality 4K tv to get the best out the graphics

Love it so far. If my wife screaming at me that’s mean it doing its job

Works great, my kids love it and play endless hours, also the free vbucks are awesome.

We have had a great time playing this console. Switching from xbox to PS.
