Amazing product this is my second PlayStation 5…..

Ps5 no disc versions, games look good the only issue is it forgets the wifi sometimes and have to re do it frequently

What can I say, the PS5 is a great console with great exclusives (God of War, Spiderman, The Last of Us)…just to name a few.

WARNING! I just purchased a open box digital ps5 and thought it would be a good deal for my son's birthday. It clearly states that all original components are with it, but they are lying. I received it, and upon opening the box, only the ps5 and a power cord were inside. There was no controller, no hdmi cord, no usb cord, no horizontal stand. I am a long-time Best Buy customer, and the service I received while trying to rectify this was honestly insulting. I spoke with several customer service reps, all of which basically told me to just return it or wait for another open box exchange. I couldnt even test to see if the ps5 was functional. After dealing with this whole ordeal, I purchased a new one from Target, and returned this product at a Best Buy. The final kicker is that they did not reimburse my expedited shipping either. I have never felt so fleeced in my life. Shame on you Best Buy.

Works fine but I think I would prefer the one with disc.

My son has had an xbox for many years and always wanted a PS5. He earned the money to buy this and is very happy with it.

The hardware and experience was amazing but game collection could be improved. Overall, I'd say it's a very expensive experience.

Paid for a brand new one, received an open box one that had the code for the game, and extras already used, plus the controller was missing. It had an inspected by Best Buy sticker on the flap of the box, also. Tried to get it replaced 3 different times on the phone, or thru chat, totally worthless. This was my son's Christmas gift, he was upset that he couldnt even llay it because of the lack of a controller. Ended up having to take it back to the nearest store which was 45 min away. So i have about 4.5 hours wrapped up into returning this plus fuel, with a broken hearted child because they couldnt replace the missing articles. Wouldn't even just return it, and just charge me for an open box one like they sent me. I had to return it per them on the phone. Tha ks Best Buy for ruining my son's Christmas!!

No problem with Best Buy. The PS5 doesn't like to connect to the controllers easily after recharging.

I love playing this game with my son. This is an amazing experience.

Bought as a Christmas gift for a fortnight lover, but they've never actually been able to play a full game on it! I've contacted playstation and gone through all of their troubleshooting tips, and it still wont load. Every time we get an error code and it crashes. The PS5 is usable to play other games, so I'll give it a "fair" rating, but we're pretty bummed it wont play the one it's specifically made/advertised for. Evsn more disappointed its beyond the retunr window so were kinda stuck with it.

The console itself is fantastic. However our console was missing the Fortnite code which provides exclusive skins and VBucks. We’ve been struggling with Sony since xmas to get it back. Literally this back and forth is what made my kid finally sure there’s no Santa, and it’s removed hours of my January. Best Buy was sold out when we realized it - I wish I returned it when the window for that was still open and bought from somewhere else.

Nought this PS5 for my son in December and its been defective since 2-3 months after we bought it. Over heated one time and now the HDMI Dont wprk.
