My son loves the ps5, easy to understand and to connect it to the wifi

Not sure why I bought the PS5; maybe to try something different? I had been using the Xbox Series X, then X 2TB and worked very well. Since using the PS5, it's difficult to go back to the XBox, even though I think it's a great device. I just like the PS5 controller and graphics better. With either system, you can't go wrong; personal choice. For me, I'm sticking with the PS5.

I bought this for my 11yr old son. It was a complete success!! Thanks to best buy putting this item on sale for 50 dollars less than any other competitor i was able to afford other upgrades to add to the ps5. Its February and im still getting thankyou's from my son

Although the item is great. But if I wasn’t at home waiting on the package it would have just been sitting on my porch in the original Box “PlayStation 5” displayed on the box. Please come up with boxes to put these items in. I purchased a ipad as well that was in a concealed package.

The digital ps5 is the best it’s not bulky at all and Best Buy had it in stock immediately!

The playstation came in perfect condition no issues the only problem was with Ontrac they are difficult to deal with to say the least I almost got my package sent back to sender for no reason they say they try to deliver but no one came

What an amazing system! My kids have been wanting one of these for years. Finally gave in and got it for them for Christmas. This console is beyond my expectations. The games are amazing, plenty of age appropriate games and functions amazingly. I highly recommend!

Made a deal with my son. Bring me some good grades and to don’t have to wait until Christmas birthday you can get it sooner. Let’s just say his grades stay where they need to be.

Good console. I have a year with it and works like new, controller has no issues with battery or stick drift. Games run fine.

This is a great package for the Fortnite players. I bought this for my son for Christmas. No issues at all. The setup is easy and if you have an existing log in, then you just sign in. Everything has been fine and he has played it probably over 100 hours now lol

I went into the store to learn and buy an Ipad… the store was busy as i had to wait… once a team member got to me i was already ready to leave.. the team member quickly changed my mind.. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the things i was looking at and most importantly honest about what i should buy not what was just the most expensive… when i went to check out i ended up meeting another team member as i grabbed a few small items to complete my purchase… He asked me about the best buy credit card… i didnt have one and had absolutely no interest in getting one…. I got one… again the teams knowledge and willingness to do what was best for me and not just complete a sale was incredible.. i ended up going back into the store and spending over a 1,500 $ more.. when i was done not only was I incredibly happy about what i had bought for my son for Christmas but i was satisfied and happy about the experience i had at best buy and there staff…

Play stations 5 came with a great deal and I definitely enjoy playing this console from best buy with no problems

Great product. Love the black and white. It’s cool that you can interchange the covers and make the console look cool and different. And love that it stands upright and doesn’t take up much space physically and the storage capacity is so much better than the PS4.
