After 20 years, I finally made the switch from Xbox to PlayStation and I'm glad I did. Sony has a much better game library than Xbox in my opinion. Still getting used to the controllers, but I'm glad I made the purchase!

The product is great! Nothing wrong and worked perfectly. My only issue was how many troubles I had setting up my credit card but everything else was great.

This was a gift for my nephew! He has been wanting one for like 3 years. We dont have all the money in the world to spend so it wasnt really an option. He didnt put it on the list this year. We finally were able to do it. He bawled his eyes out when he got it and he was sooooo thankful. My heart is happy!

I finally gave in and got my kids a PS5, even though they already have an Xbox Series X and S. They do love this as well. I forgot about all the games I already owned on my PS4 that hasn’t been used in a while, so it was nice to see them ready for download in my digital library.

I am a blind man in California learning video games. The sales person in Union City Best Buy Christian was excellent helping me to understand the concept. I appreciate every time I go to purchase items. They are always very helpful. The sales people take time and a very patient. Thank you.

System was working fine for three months then, after coming home and trying to utilize this item, it wouldn’t even turn on. Used another cord from another similar system if not the same and still the same result. Used a different outlet, same result. See that it’s the PSU and I had to get an entirely new system. Now that’s when the other issue comes in. PlayStation (SONY) said they would fix the item for free and even sent me a box an shipping label to send it out, but they required a receipt. Now I bought this PlayStation, used my father’s account (membership) and they allowed me to do that. But they didn’t allow me to receive a receipt after noticing the discrepancy with the item after using it. So now I just have a PlayStation and nothing to do with it because being a veteran on a fixed income you can only do so much.
