The only complaint i have is best buy uses fedex to ship. I have to fight with fedex to get my package. They kept saying my address was a business that was closed for the holiday season. I did not receive my package until after christmas...and it was supposed to be my sons big christmas gift. I wish best buy would use ups. I never have a problem with UPS and even got packages on time on the same days fedex said they could not deliver.

It's so much easier getting the digital games right on the device and customer service was also amazing! Fortnite was included for free which is an added bonus!

As for myself i love the extra warranty that best buy offers and that is why i will always buy any and all products with best buy.
