    Product itself is OK, but if you ever need customer service for anything you are in for a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and google Sony support, you'll see thousands of dissatisfied customers. This company does not care about you, will hang up on you, ignore you, end the chat, refuse to answer any questions and refuse you access to a supervisor. Absolutely horrid.

    Disappointed with Best Buy shipping Ps5 in manufacture box only. Shipping label attached to original box with no protection. Left on doorstop for all to see and hoping there was no damage during shipping as it was not protected with packing matetials.
