    Bought it as a Christmas present and had the kids open up and their reactions were priceless we already have a PSN account so we signed in and after a couple updates to install we got to downloading their games and by golly the games look so crips and clean.

    Best buy was cheaper and had the digital version. The only complaint i have is best buy uses fedex to ship. I have to fight with fedex to get my package. They kept saying my address was a business that was closed for the holiday season. I did not receive my package until after christmas...and it was supposed to be my sons big christmas gift. I wish best buy would use ups. I never have a problem with UPS and even got packages on time on the same days fedex said they could not deliver.

    Top improvements from ps4. Lightning-fast load times thanks to the SSD and stunning 4K visuals make games look and play incredibly well. The DualSense controller with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers adds a new level of immersion.

    Purchased this for my son for Christmas. I highly recommend this one. It's so much easier getting the digital games right on the device and customer service was also amazing! Fortnite was included for free which is an added bonus!

    My son absolutely loves the playstation, it was a Christmas gift and he was so excited to receive it. As for myself i love the extra warranty that best buy offers and that is why i will always buy any and all products with best buy.
