Open box buyers beware!

I understand open box policies but it seems a little ridiculous to buy this “open box” just for the console when Best Buy apparently allows people to steal. If you purchase this open box just be aware you will probably not get the game. Also, if you want the game for free, you can purchase this, redeem the game code, and return the console, which Best Buy will sell as “open box”. Don’t be a victim and just cough up the money for a new one, open box isn’t worth it since you pay more since you now have to also buy the game. Console was fine (untouched) since whoever bought it just wanted the game code so 2 stars is for my experience and how Best Buy chose to handle this.

Absolute gem of a console
