good ps5 horrible trade in

The trade in department will lie and say they tried to contact you when they never did and then act like they are doing you a favor of mailing your item back to you. I would defiantly re think the trade in process before sending it to best buy better to do it in store.

PS5 intact but missing key pieces.

They then didn’t even have the cord specific to the PS5 and I had to take the one they gave me and hoped it wouldn’t mess up my system. Have done open box products before but never had an experience like this.

Keep turning off overheating

The unit keep shutting down out the blue several times. So I returned it. It also was saying over heat temperature when it was on no more then 5 minutes.

Don’t have them ship it!

Was broken when I got it. Drove two hours to closest Best Buy to get it replaced. Replacement is fine just don’t recommend having them ship it.
