Cant play old games or watch movies i already own on this verison

The PS5 came up clean, functions well. Unfortunately, there were several cosmetic damages, the box was also damaged, and the 2k25 code was redeemed by the old owner.

The system was a gift for my girls but I didn’t not receive the nba 2k download code

I bought an open box in "excellent" condition, but the playstation came without power cord, without the bases and without the redeem code NBA2025!!. I coudn´t return the console and that was the only option Best Bay gave me, so I don´t have the game and I had to buy the power cord

Open boxed game console from Best Buy is a hack. Do Not Buy. People purchase the units new, replace bad parts from their broken console, take the game codes, and parts and Best Buy will gladly accept their return and re-list the item in Excellent Condition. Their customer service is a joke and all they will tell you to do is return it for your money back just to sell it again to someone else in Good Condition again. They are loosing money on this and just frustrates the next customer. Read reviews outside of Best Buy so you can see the issues with Best Buy's Open Box. In my case, the download code for the game is missing, the console's fan is making noise, and it is missing the stands. This is Best Buy's definition of Excellent Condition. Buyer beware.

Always purchase my electronic from best buy. Im enjoying my PS5

I’m very disappointed in Best Buy. On November 21, my package was marked as delivered, but it was never at my door. I called the Best Buy customer service department, and they said they would replace the item, but it is now December 14, and I am still having a hard time getting a replacement. I have never experienced anything like this before. I lost over $800, and this was my kids' Christmas gift—I can’t afford to waste that money. This experience makes me rethink purchasing anything from Best Buy in the future. I want a replacement, not a refund. This has been a horrible experience.

This review is mainly for Best Buy's Open Box - Excellent version of this item. I picked my item up and it was literally missing everything except for the console itself. The console was even dirty. How this can be missed by the staff when they marked it as excellent is absurd and I contacted corporate. Luckily they gave me all of my money back so I could purchase the bundle from Target. Beware open box!

The PS5 is a ps4 in a new white case. All the same games and graphics. Over prices just to play the same garbage

Don’t purchase the “open box” option as items were missing.

Purchased the open box slim. Upon getting it in the mail it was Missing all needed cords. Came in a box that was held together by duct tape. I should have known there would be an issue upon opening it. Really disappointing considering it was listed as “excellent” condition.

The game ran extremely hot and stopped working after using it of only a few days

The game was open box nice game no original box just wrapped in white plastic paper in a brown box but there was no nba 2k25 in the box

Used it for 3 months and it started overheating bad. Took it back and got it replaced and it’s good now
