Bought this item for my boys but the remote doesn't work!

One month after factory warranty expired the PS5 shut down after 15 minutes of play time and never came back to life. They don’t make them like they used to! I’ve been with Sony since the beginning. I think it’s time to take a break.

I bought this item open box. I have had it for about two weeks.And the controller is already rattling when it vibrates. The website makes it nearly impossible to find how I can get support for just the controller. The only options it gives to return everything to the store or to ship everything back.

it just takes my boyfriends attention away from me i just get super jealous

PS5 mic not working at all! I exchanged a week later for ANOTHER BRAND NEW ps5 same issue with the mic not working. cant communicate on call of duty or party chat. stay away from the Slim digital version. Two have not worked for me. Going to exchange this today for the disk version and hopefully that helps if not returning it and sticking with PS4. sony needs a class action lawsuit

Package came massively damaged. Not very happy with it. Not sure if it even works

Not sure where it is didn’t receive it. Said my roadie driver was on the way and that it was delivered. Not sure if it was the right address. I want some compensation a new game or money back. A coupon at least

Not even a week in this PS5 randomly shuts off. Best Buy won’t help me return it. Not even my fault - ridiculous.

Long story short. I will never purchase from best buy again.

Brought it and didn’t come with power cord couldn’t even play the system !

Someone at the store stole the stand to the gaming console and the charger to the joy stick. Be careful selecting in store pick up at this location.

I wish I could review this item but i never recieved it. The delivery company dropped this at the door but never rang the door bell, I even provided video evidence of that but they are still refusing to replace the item so now i am out 400 dollars. Everyrhing was fine with it, even the moniter was good for the ps5. although the second day i turned it on, it kept freezing when i’d open a game it would freeze and shut the whole ps5 off. We tried the ps5 on another moniter and it did the same

Not worth the hype or the price of what you pay for a brand new one

It arrived damaged. The console won’t turn on at all, and the packaging appeared to have been previously opened. I tried multiple outlets and cables to ensure it wasn’t an issue on my end, but the console shows no signs of power no lights or response whatsoever. Very disappointed

The PS5 is an amazing console with fast load times and stunning graphics. The controller feels great and makes games more immersive. I love how smooth the gameplay is and how quickly games start. The only downside is limited storage, but overall it’s a great system and worth buying.

So I bought the system and maybe used it every other day for 9 days for about an hour. Booted it up on day 9 get all the way to the main screen, then system turns completely off. Changed hdmi cables, changed tvs, cuanged the power source cord, changed tv settings and nothing worked. System will not turn on. This is the second time same issue.

Had it for two months. Hasn’t played a game yet and only used it for media. Two months and a week and the HDMI port failed. One week past warranty. I’m never buying garbage products made by Sony again. They can’t do anything right.
