I bought my PS5 about two weeks ago, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The performance is outstanding—games load incredibly fast, graphics are stunning, and everything feels smooth and responsive. The DualSense controller is a big upgrade as well; the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers really add to the overall gaming experience. The console runs quietly, even during long gaming sessions, and the user interface is easy to navigate. Every game I’ve tried so far feels next-gen and immersive. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase, and I’m extremely satisfied. I highly recommend the PS5 to anyone looking for a powerful, reliable, and enjoyable gaming console.

PS5 Slim form factor is excellent. Performance is great and it doesn't run too hot or loud. However, the digital version should come with a stand instead of having to pay an additional $30 for it being sold seperately.

I originally bought this device because I had family visiting for a short stay, and it was between this and a nintendo switch and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It exceeded my expectations and continues to bring enjoyment even now. It’s perfect for when family visits, as it gets the job done. It runs games effortlessly and is a powerhouse I have never experince lag that wasnt network related and the loading times are insanley fasy compared to the ps4 I previously owned. Highly recommend for anyone in a similar situation! Although the storage was definitley now where near enough with some games easily occupying 10% to 25% of the storage. Another note the controllers feel great but are very flimsy even with minamal use you start to experince stick drift.

First, I appreciate the lower price of the digital edition. Sure there are downsides to not being able to use a disc however kids don't respect the disc anyway. If this were mine alone (if I enjoyed gaming) then the disc option is nice for sell/buy/trade. Second, I can't speak much for performance myself, but my teen loves it. Graphics look amazing to me! Third, my son isn't very techie for a teen so I have to do the work of setting things up. It was just as much of a pain as the PS4. Mostly my 45yo brain trying to remember (and be calm). It is important to go through and be sure things are truly locked down from our younger child. Fourth, online purchase and pick up from Best Buy is always a good experience.

The PS5 is easily one of the best consoles i have owned. The speed is incredible games load almost instantly, and switching between apps feels smooth. I had the original PlayStation 5 and while the performance is identical, it's great to have the form factor of this one. It seems quieter, much smaller and lighter. Overall, great purchase. Good games, awesome controllers.

The purchase process was simple and easy and was ready for store pick up the same day. Walked in there was a line of about 6 people waiting for their pick-ups. Only took about 5 mins to get to the counter, the associate scanned my email and brought out the PS5 quickly. I asked for a bag he claimed they didn't have one so I explained my son was in the car and this was his Christmas present so he went out of his way to get 2 bags and successfully cover it. That meant alot to me what great service. 5 stars great experience at this knoxville location.

I love my PS5! The graphics look amazing and games load super fast. The controller is the best part because it makes everything feel more real when you play. The only thing I don’t like is how big the console is and that the storage fills up quickly. Other than that, it’s been awesome to use.

What can't the PS5 do?!?!?! Amazing console for all ages. It does not take that much space and because this is the digital edition, no disc required. Very reliable, runs games at an amazing speed. It comes with 500 gb, which is enough to download many games from their online store. It comes with one controller, and when you start up your console for the first time, it gives you a tutorial of what your controller can do, and with the dual sense features, it allows you to experience gaming in a whole different level. Would recommend anyone who is looking for a console to get this one.

If you wanted to build a pc tower that could play high level games at 4k and 120fps you’d be staring $1000 in the face. This thing is basically a tower pc at the fraction of the price. I like the size and portability of the slim edition. I don’t miss the disc drive, I have plenty of space for game and if I want I can easily add another 2 tb of storage, has a slot already there for it. My only grip is that it no longer comes with the vertical stand. The original version came with it, now we have too spend an extra $30 bucks for it. Sony should’ve found a way to include it in the original packaging for the slim. Even if that meant raising it’s price by $20.
