I give it 5 stars not for the ps5 (good console though) but for the help I recieved from the store employees. I had issues with my console where either i sit for about a month for a refurbished console or controller back from playstation. The employees and the manager at the maplewood, mn location (i forgot her name) helped me just get a new controller after already swapping out consoles multiple times.

This ps5 I purchased has been really nice, it runs nice and the pickup was easy

First time playing the ps5 and owning the ps5 had way more features than before love how easy it makes gaming and replays you want to see again love how easy it is to navigate definitely recommend

Delivery was quick. Item was even better looking in person and in comparison to the original launch PS5. If you’re looking to replace your or add a PS5 this comes With a controller already so it makes it a worthwhile buy if you are also in need of another controller.

So far I have nothing to complain about! Graphics look awesome on my monitor!

Fantastic display and speed. This is my first PlayStation and I’m very happy with it. I was not expecting to have to pay an additional $140 annual membership fee after having spent $500 on the console to play a $60 video game that I purchased. With a switch, when I buy the video game, I get to play it. No additional fees.

My son’s favorite thing ever. Love to invite friends for play, He loves also all the games he can play. Easy set up, good design, light to carry when we travel.

I bought this system for my husband for Christmas because his Xbox got damaged during our move. He absolutely loves it. He loves how fast games download and update and how great the graphics are. He loves it more than any other system he’s had.
