Works great, downloads fast, and smooth game play. Game storage could be improved, controllers don’t last that long. They get stuck after a while. For how expensive these controllers are my old PlayStation 1, 2 and 3 controllers never had to be replaced and they were WAYYYYY cheaper….

The ps5 is an amazing game console for casual gamers. The only problem I have is that this isn’t enough games to play

I bought this PlayStation 5 as a Christmas gift for my partner and went with an open-box option, honestly not knowing exactly what to expect. I’m happy to say it exceeded my expectations. The console arrived in great condition — clean, well-packed, and clearly taken care of. It was obvious right away that this wasn’t a “beat up” return. Everything we needed was included, and setup was quick and painless. Performance has been flawless. The PS5 runs quietly, loads games fast, and the graphics are amazing. Even during long gaming sessions, there have been no issues with overheating or lag. The controller feels great, and the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback really do make a difference. What I appreciated most was the value. Choosing open-box saved money without sacrificing quality, and it still felt like gifting something special. Watching his reaction on Christmas morning confirmed I made the right choice. If you’re on the fence about an open-box PS5, don’t be. As long as it’s from a trusted seller, it can be a great way to get a top-tier console at a better price. I’d absolutely purchase open-box again.

A great console. My biggest gripe is that I wish Sony would allow backwards compatibility with all previous systems with disc support. Highly recommend nonetheless.

Its a ps5 digital. Does what you expect it to do. The slightly increased storage is nice but the extra $50 halfway thru the ps5's life is not cool.

Nice lighter than original storage space gets used fast

Its a solid console, but the huge and awkward shape makes it not really good as a console, as its kinda hard to put things around it.

Should’ve never gotten from Best Buy ps5 came messed up tried fix multiple times nothing works not sure if it’s Best Buy or Sonys fault id give a worse review if it hadn’t been Sonys fault

It was a refurbished one. Games wouldnt downloaded even after waited days. Then it started freezing up. My son and his father tried everything but its unusable. Im praying they will let us exchange for a new one and pay the extra. So we dont have to go through all this again. There were lots of tears lol my sons excitment went from 100% to -300% this Christmas lol. finger crossed they can get it straight today, not sure I can listen to much more crying and heartbreak
