Bought it as open box and it genuinely works perfectly fine, best purchase I've made in a while and it was in amazing condition.

I had a PS4 slim for over 4 years and I did love it but getting a ps5 was such a huge upgrade! The performance is so much faster, my games look and feel amazing. I bought 2, one for me and my husband and have 0 regrets. I love my PlayStation!

Is incredibly how much innovation has changed from the first ps to this one i remember when I need to buy like three games packs for the disc games and this one it’s amazing because I don’t care no more about have space for the games I recommend it 100%

The online transaction went as smoothly as possible. Initially, it was supposed to arrive on Thursday of the week I ordered it in. However, to my surprise, it arrived on Wednesday making it a day early! But, the PS5 itself is fantastic. This is the "slim" model. I don't like that it doesn't come with a vertical stand for the console anymore, and if I want to use it in vertical orientation, I have to pay for the vertical stand now. Whereas before with the "non slim" version, it was free. I don't see why that little piece of plastic should warrant a charge of any kind. It should be free with the slim version also. But that is on Sony, not Best Buy. It also has a larger hard drive than the original version. But I love my PS5. It is so fast,, and so much better than the ecks box.
