The open box PS5 itself was in excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly but i'm giving it 3/5 stars and thats because it included the wrong charging cable for the controller and no power cord, Which would've sucked way worse if i didn't have a spare power cord from an old PS4 and a USB C to USB C on hand to charge the controller.

I purchased this Ps5 bundle and received a defective controller, I tried in every way to get them to either fix or exchange it. I was still within the 30 day they say they give and in no way did anyone ever care to actually help me, I went to the store, called multiple times, called the manufacturer and nothing. I would give it a better rating if they at least cared to help

Needs to fix’s there HDMI port asap for as much money we pay for these systems.

Playstation 5, good product i would say but the price should be lowered just a bit

GUI is tough to acclimate to... but the game sharing is excellent. Love that feature.

Absolutely horrible customer service, do not buy PS5 through them! When my package was never delivered and then figured to be stolen they did not refund or replace it, nor did they follow up on any of the case numbers I opened for it, I had to continuously follow up only for it to not be resolved. Guess I’ll have to get it somewhere else I can actually trust.

This was okay but I didn't like it because it was just digital

My PS5 shuts off when in rest mode, and even with rest mode turned off it will sometimes shut off when I'm on the pause screen for a while and then shut the TV off. It isn't consistent. This has been happening from the moment I got it a few weeks ago.

Very good product, and customer service. Online purchases are the best!
