I always ordered to pick up in-store, and this one time that I have it shipped to my home the package doesn’t get delivered and I had to go through a huge hassle just to get my money back to process the order

Absolute garbage. It doesn’t work it turns off when the game starts because it over heats.

This wasn’t exactly what we had wanted so we returned after Christmas. The girls at customer service were incredibly rude, didn’t ask what one I wanted to exchange for. Just gave me one, when I said I wanted the fortnite edition they said they didn’t have but the website showed there was some there. I was frustrated so just left

I order a ps5 online through affirm meaning already paid for and ready for pick up at plymouth meeting PaA Best Buy. Intially i was told 3 days. After 3 days my order was cancelled. Employees said it was because the color I ordered was OUT OF STOCK. They requested I order another one in black. So i did and again paid for it through affirm. Upon driving to best buy 10 mins after purchasing online my order was cancelled. Keep in mind this effects my buying power everytime. I get to best buy and have to buy it again and the clerk goes "which color would you like black or white". I bought this ps5 for my father who has cancer so i was very adament about getting it. Just sucks i had to take out 3 $450 loans because you guys dont communicate with the stock in the back.

I went threw 2 playsation one having freezing problems and the other power off on it own

I’ve been unable to play a single game because it just overheats. It can’t make it through a single install without overheating. Sony made a terrible product and put a huge price tag on it. I’ll wait until I buy a freezer to put it in before i buy another Sony console.

My PS5 was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 13. THEY DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG HOUSE. Within 2 minutes of receiving the delivery notifications, I had contacted UPS and informed them that the package had not arrived. They emailed me a picture of the house the package was left at. It was an empty house that was clearly boarded up under renovation. By the time i went to the house in order to retrieve it, the package was already gone. I put in a claim and told that it would be processed by Wednesday. When i hadn’t heard anything by Friday, i called and they promised to overnight me a new one. I waited all day Saturday for the delivery to come. At 10 pm that night, i saw on tve website that the package was delayed and it would arrive sometime between the 22- and January 4. On December 23, i got a text message that the order was canceled. BEST BUY, YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!

Not for kids, I bought for my niece they played for a day and was not suitable for them

The complete shopping experience was a nightmare. There is only two reasons I hated my recent purchase of this PS5 and it’s because the salesman on shift that was rude and disrespectful. I waited over 20 mins to be helped, I would love for McKinney TX (380 location) store manager to contact me.

Coming from an old ps4 i was expecting more from the ps5 and it overheats..

Unfortunately I had a bad experience, first purchase my item overheated within 10 minutes of it being on then I went to exchange it and it powered off and never turned back on. I just completely returned the item

It was okay other than my controller had a drift in it it when I first got it kind of disappointed I couldn't find a way to get a replacement but the ps5 is great

It’s ok the disk is better but pick up was fast and easy

Once I got it it kept over heating , the games wasn’t working right the controller was jammed I had to buy another controller , I tried to return it but a lady told me I couldn’t so I lost my money for no reason

Im only giving it 3 stars due to having it for a month and it stopped working. I ordered another one so hopefully it doesnt happen again.

This system has internet connectivity issues. You have to cutt the wifi off to play

I purchased and paid for a ‘new’ PS5 on the Best Buy app for my son’s 13th birthday. Best Buy shipped me an open box. When I messaged them to request a price adjustment since they sent an ‘open box’ item, they referred me to the Sony PS5 manufacturer, ?? and refused to take responsibility and do the right thing. Unfortunately it was beyond 14 days when I finally opened the shipping box to wrap it and I couldn’t return/exchange it. I’d urge you to buy from anyone else other than Best Buy. They allowed a used product to be shipped out as ‘new’ and customer service is a challenge. Should have gone to Target, saved 5% with a RedCard and actually got what I paid for.

Good specs at its price point. Although, having to pay monthly subscription for online play is absurd!
