I used to own a PS5, and overall it was a great experience. The console ran fast, the graphics looked amazing, and games loaded almost instantly. What I enjoyed the most was the DualSense controller — the haptic feedback and triggers really made gameplay feel more immersive. I eventually moved on from it, but I still think the PS5 is one of the best consoles I’ve used and definitely worth trying if you want smooth performance and a solid game library.

Absolutely love this console. Games feel super smooth and the U.I. is super easy and simple. Overall great console. I’ve heard that having it upright can melt something in the console and mess it up, but I’ve had no problems with my ps upright.

Great console to play digital games. Easy setup and a great console feels great playing games on here. I prefer the disc version because I collect games. It was great that this was available at Best Buy.

I bought the PS5 Slim from Best Buy and I’m really happy with it. The design is clean and it doesn’t take up much space. It runs super smooth and games load fast. The graphics look amazing and it’s pretty quiet while playing. Setup was easy and everything worked right away. Overall, great purchase and I’d definitely recommend it.

Came from a PS5 slim and i really do see a difference in the quality in games, the load times are faster and the fans are barely there which is nice because no noise. Definitely worth it and would recommend even if you aren’t a daily gamer.

It has been really good it works well i have it on constantly running! Still no lag or stick drift on the controllers can ask for it better

Ok, so I’m an older gamer that hasn’t played for many years. Since kids are getting older and not around as much, I thought it would be nice to have some form of entertainment other than just sitting around watching tv. Last console I owned was Xbox 360. This is definitely an upgrade. I was skeptical at first but it’s been kinda nice to just casually play some video games again. Graphics are great and the system is ever fast.

This product from Sony has great apps, great quality from the microphone to game installation. This PS5 has the games look very real, as well as, good quality of the graphics etc. my son loves his gaming system.

This product of sony is a good gift for someone or for yourself they have a disc and non disc like the one i got and it is far great and can even use it with my streaming apps if i get bored of playing

It's been a year later since I bought this product from Best Buy and when I tell you that I'm not only was a service impeccable I always come to my local Best Buy to get all my consoles, but the PS five has been a staple of my house we play with family we play with friends overall just brings everyone together

This was ordered for a company giveaway. The PS5 was in stock and when it arrived, the box was damaged, not a good look for a giveaway, Best Buy gladly exchanged it for me. Then there was a price drop of $100.00 and Best Buy credited my card back the difference. Although it was hard to get a person on the phone to call about my issues, once I did, Best buy handled my problems great!
