Nice lighter than original storage space gets used fast

Its a solid console, but the huge and awkward shape makes it not really good as a console, as its kinda hard to put things around it.

It was a refurbished one. Games wouldnt downloaded even after waited days. Then it started freezing up. My son and his father tried everything but its unusable. Im praying they will let us exchange for a new one and pay the extra. So we dont have to go through all this again. There were lots of tears lol my sons excitment went from 100% to -300% this Christmas lol. finger crossed they can get it straight today, not sure I can listen to much more crying and heartbreak

Performance wise, id give it 5 stars. But sadly the HDMI port stopped working after a few months. A very common issue on ps5. For the price point you’d think the most basic specs would be durable.

Bought this for my grandson. He plays all his games with friends. Love it

Had a ps4 which was going out. Replaced it with the ps5 but mainly use it for streaming. Constantly loses connection. Initially just used Wi-Fi but after too many connection issues I switched to a network connection. Still frequently lose connection. BTW I have a dedicated fiber optic service so I’m not sharing.

I paid for the item online for on store pickup, it said ready in an hour. So I went to the store an hour later, I waited at the store for 6 hours. I spoke to several staff and the general manager, they all assured me without any doubt I would be leaving soon with the item I paid for, as well as online customer service, I was lied to by everyone, so I continued waiting, I waited and waited for 6 hours, until the store closed, never got the item and went home. It took 24 hours, not 1 hour.
