Best Buy is horrible!

When my package was never delivered and then figured to be stolen they did not refund or replace it, nor did they follow up on any of the case numbers I opened for it, I had to continuously follow up only for it to not be resolved. Guess I’ll have to get it somewhere else I can actually trust.

PS5 has issues.

It isn't consistent. This has been happening from the moment I got it a few weeks ago.

Do not purchase digital only

Constantly overheating not worth the money

Not worth it. I've had a PS4 for almost 10 years still working fine I buy a PS5 and I get 4 months worth
