Nice but not very advanced. Can’t believe the ps4 upgraded to this. Actually returned it cuz idc for the changes at all. Remote is slightly bigger than fhe ps4

Still needs to get the disc module to play your old PS4 games... and currently disc module out of stock since months back

I have been satisfied with my purchase but up until I returned I wasn’t treated nice and I’m a good person

I bought this as a gift and as there were no new units in my area I opted for an "open box" unit that was labeled as complete. I did not want the others that were not labeled as complete as I did not want to run the risk of missing parts or scratches, etc. However, the unit was missing almost everything other than the unit and and controller.

Pretty decent, a bit expensive for the quality. I would probably get the full version instead.

I bought my ps5 and i loved it, but it comed with a error in discord voice channel and just mine ps5 have it!!

Worth the money spent but would be nice if they have two controller with bit more price!

I was happy with my purchase only thing is I asked for the spiderman package and they said it was digital but when I open it on Christmas there was no game and I had to buy a game for my son to play but I'm happy with my purchase

I returned the PS5 once because I was overheating a lot, so I did then the other PS5 had frame drop problems and I tried to fix but I couldn’t so I just went to store and got a refund.

10-24-25 It now has a software problem , past time to return it. Having to go through sony warranty

The cooling fan is very loud. I can hear it over my gaming headset even near max volume. Also this console seems like a 1440p console rather than 4k. The 4k performance is terrible.

I always ordered to pick up in-store, and this one time that I have it shipped to my home the package doesn’t get delivered and I had to go through a huge hassle just to get my money back to process the order

Absolute garbage. It doesn’t work it turns off when the game starts because it over heats.

This wasn’t exactly what we had wanted so we returned after Christmas. The girls at customer service were incredibly rude, didn’t ask what one I wanted to exchange for. Just gave me one, when I said I wanted the fortnite edition they said they didn’t have but the website showed there was some there. I was frustrated so just left

I order a ps5 online through affirm meaning already paid for and ready for pick up at plymouth meeting PaA Best Buy. Intially i was told 3 days. After 3 days my order was cancelled. Employees said it was because the color I ordered was OUT OF STOCK. They requested I order another one in black. So i did and again paid for it through affirm. Upon driving to best buy 10 mins after purchasing online my order was cancelled. Keep in mind this effects my buying power everytime. I get to best buy and have to buy it again and the clerk goes "which color would you like black or white". I bought this ps5 for my father who has cancer so i was very adament about getting it. Just sucks i had to take out 3 $450 loans because you guys dont communicate with the stock in the back.

I’ve been unable to play a single game because it just overheats. It can’t make it through a single install without overheating. Sony made a terrible product and put a huge price tag on it. I’ll wait until I buy a freezer to put it in before i buy another Sony console.
