The PS5 is an amazing console with fast load times and stunning graphics. The controller feels great and makes games more immersive. I love how smooth the gameplay is and how quickly games start. The only downside is limited storage, but overall it’s a great system and worth buying.

It arrived damaged. The console won’t turn on at all, and the packaging appeared to have been previously opened. I tried multiple outlets and cables to ensure it wasn’t an issue on my end, but the console shows no signs of power no lights or response whatsoever. Very disappointed

So I bought the system and maybe used it every other day for 9 days for about an hour. Booted it up on day 9 get all the way to the main screen, then system turns completely off. Changed hdmi cables, changed tvs, cuanged the power source cord, changed tv settings and nothing worked. System will not turn on. This is the second time same issue.

Had it for two months. Hasn’t played a game yet and only used it for media. Two months and a week and the HDMI port failed. One week past warranty. I’m never buying garbage products made by Sony again. They can’t do anything right.

my package wasn’t delivered to me. i contacted customer service, they offered a refund or replacement, i chose the refund and figured i just go pick it up in person. it’s been 3 weeks and my refund has yet to be processed. i spoke with 5 different agents, they all keep saying “the last agent has processed the refund, please allow 24 hours”

It did not work and I was told to send it back and they would send out another one. I was sent the ups bar code to send it back. Got an email saying refund. Well, that was not what I was told. I was told I would be getting another game system

I’m reviewing this on my son‘s behalf. He is 15 and purchased the PS5. Gave us the money for it and we bought it online. Shipping was fast and well packaged. He has been playing with a Nintendo Switch for years so this was a massive upgrade for him. He immediately noticed the elimination of lag during gameplay. He had already upgraded his monitor so with the PS5, he immediately noticed a crisp, highly detailed gameplay upgrade. He has been very happy with this. From a father’s viewpoint, I have noticed that the PlayStation puts out a lot of warm air. It is a hard-core gaming computer in a pretty package with the need for a lot of fans. When he’s been playing for a while, his room will be several degrees warmer than the rest of the house. May come in handy during winter, lol. He is happy with his purchase.

Returned because it was making a loud clicking noise and the fan was really loud

The box had already been opened and damaged. Doesn’t turn on,I was told by an employee that some boxes get returned and they still gotta sell them so they put them back on shelf.. very disappointed at Best Buy that’s not ok. Had no controller and it was new.

interface was broken so i returned it for a new one, and interface is broken again. i cant see friends online, cant download games from ps store, cant appear online, cant accept invites, cant add people, cant do anyrhing! waste of money

Hasn’t even been a full month yet and 1 of the PlayStations purchased won’t turn on.I got it right before Christmas I think 2-3 days before 2023.It happened the day after the deadline.Now I have to hope tht Sony reimburse or send my baby a new one.

Bought this solely for PSVR2, but that didn't work at all. Besides VR, there simply aren't any PS5 exclusives to make it worth the price. Not recommended if you already own a PC gaming rig

I ordered this and a 10 tabket for my children and never got the items from Best Buy. Not like them but now days everything is changing

Already out for service. Hardly got to use just past Best Buy return date and the machine is dead. It’s not Best Buy it’s poor Sony quality. Built to the cheapest price possible. My ps4 pro is still working fine.

BAD! Really bad! was expecting my package on tuesday 1st october and didn’t order in any order platform because this one was “the fastest” and still haven’t got my purchase! Although they said is coming before october 15th ._.

It was better than the disc version, It's design actually looks like it was made for digital edition, It hasn't had any issues and runs well, I get an avg of 500mbs/s on it and it hasn't had any image problems. I have it paired with a 4k/60hz tv so it runs perfectly fine for 60 frames on games and looks even better, The controller hasn't had any issues and it will be used for a good lifetime.

Ps5 often freezes and over heats. I got this one more for netflix(already have a disc ps5) but sometimes my son plays and its always messing up
