I’m a PC gamer but if I have to choose a console the PS 5 is it. Bought for my semi so I can play COD it’s not as good as a PC but it gets the job done.

Purchased online and took almost 5 hours to go pick up. Also when I received it the box was dented and a little damaged but so far the ps5 is working just great. Also if you’re considering buying a ps5 I HIGHLT recommend to get the protection just in case.

This PlayStation 5 runs very well and downloads games really fast with good internet great upgrade

This system is not functioning well. I had my PS4 for years and it was never loud or warm. This system runs very warm and has a crazy loud fan. You can hear the PS5 over the game volume. The controller is glitchy and I've had it totally stop function twice even with a full charge. Not a *Best Buy at all.

Unable to price match PS5 slim digital over the phone and in person due to the competitors price being too low and BestBuy not standing by their price match guarantee. All requirements were met and the price match was approved, however the system would not allow price adjustment due to the price being too low. Make sure if you want to price match the competitors price isnt too low because they wont honor. This is a very busy time of year and the last thing I needed was to waste 2 hours of my time to come up empty handed.

Best Buy is horrible please if you live in an area where your package may get stolen please do not order . I ordered this item for Christmas didn’t receive and was told they couldn’t help me in no way. My son didn’t receive his gift and I also lost money.

Don't buy PS from Best Buy unless you are prepared to return a defective device within 14 days. We bought one as a gift for grandson, but it failed after 2 days. Unfortunately it was past the 2 week window for return. Sony's warranty is worthless; they will only replace a defective unit with a refurbished one. We have been waiting 2 months for a replacement. The first one they sent was also defective.

Worst customer service EVER. Writing this for people to understand if there is an issue with your account or product, you will have to go through rude customer service (numerous calls/service people, too). DO NOT BUY from this brand. It doe not deserve anything for what it has put me through.

I'd be better off with a gaming PC. You can play every game on the PS5 and every other game ever made with emulators or from Steam or any other online gaming store. Purchasing gaming consoles is a waste of money nowadays when computers are far more advanced. I mean, computers are what make the games for the consoles anyhow. Sure a PC costs more but it's worth every penny getting one since you can replace parts to make it better, cannot necessarily do that with the PlayStation 5.

At $400 the difital edition was a good option, bur at $50 leas than the standard model it is just a greedy cash grab.
