So far I've like the console. its different from the ps4. Ps5 has better graphics and remote has more features upon the game you play.

I recently purchased a brand new PS5 from Best Buy, and while I really enjoy it overall, I’ve noticed a strange issue. The console runs games perfectly with no problems, but when it’s sitting idle on the home screen, it sometimes freezes and then shuts off on its own. Since this system is brand new, I’m curious if this is normal or if it might be a defect. I’d appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting help from Best Buy or Sony. Other than that, I’m very happy with the purchase and the performance during gameplay.

First PlayStation I've gotten since the PS2 was a learning curve love that I can play some of the originals. My only complaint is best buy didn't box it prior to shipping just slapped a shipping label on the PlayStation box and it luckily wasn't stolen off my front porch

Everyone was very polite and helpfull in the store, i got my credit card ,bought my ps5 and got out of the sore in less than 15 mins!The ps5 works pefect, everything that should be included in the box was in there! I suggest u get one too!

Good console I play Call of Duty on a daily and it’s a great one to use specially with all these big updates lately and insane graphics Try using it on a monitor to better up your gameplay

Decent console, and their playstation plus is pretty competitive with Xbox game pass. I loved playing Detroit become human and for that reason I'll give it 5 stars instead of 4. The game is legendary, and if you don't have a PC playstation is the only way to play it.

Ps5 is great! Storage space a little less than advertised technically. 120 frames is a nice touch.

I love my PlayStation I use it every day. I used to have Xbox but since buying my ps5 I won’t go back. Plus PlayStation has exclusive games that alone are a good reason to buy this console. Would need to get an external and internal storage though for a lot of games.
