The PlayStation 5 delivers everything I could have hoped for in a next-gen console and more. From lightning-fast load times to stunning graphics, it’s a major leap forward in both performance and immersion. Right out of the box, the design is sleek and futuristic, and while it’s larger than previous consoles, it feels like a statement piece. The setup was quick and painless, and the new user interface is clean, intuitive, and much more responsive than the PS4's.

The PS5 is easily one of the best consoles i have owned. The speed is incredible games load almost instantly, and switching between apps feels smooth. The graphics and frame rates make a huge difference, especially on a 4K TV. The new DualSense controller is a game changer, the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback really make gameplay more immersive.

The purchase process was simple and easy and was ready for store pick up the same day. Walked in there was a line of about 6 people waiting for their pick-ups. Only took about 5 mins to get to the counter, the associate scanned my email and brought out the PS5 quickly. I asked for a bag he claimed they didn't have one so I explained my son was in the car and this was his Christmas present so he went out of his way to get 2 bags and successfully cover it. That meant alot to me what great service. 5 stars great experience at this knoxville location.

I originally bought this device because I had family visiting for a short stay, and it was between this and a nintendo switch and it turned out to be an excellent choice. It exceeded my expectations and continues to bring enjoyment even now. It’s perfect for when family visits, as it gets the job done. It runs games effortlessly and is a powerhouse I have never experince lag that wasnt network related and the loading times are insanley fasy compared to the ps4 I previously owned. Highly recommend for anyone in a similar situation! Although the storage was definitley now where near enough with some games easily occupying 10% to 25% of the storage. Another note the controllers feel great but are very flimsy even with minamal use you start to experince stick drift.

First, I appreciate the lower price of the digital edition. Sure there are downsides to not being able to use a disc however kids don't respect the disc anyway. If this were mine alone (if I enjoyed gaming) then the disc option is nice for sell/buy/trade. Second, I can't speak much for performance myself, but my teen loves it. Graphics look amazing to me! Third, my son isn't very techie for a teen so I have to do the work of setting things up. It was just as much of a pain as the PS4. Mostly my 45yo brain trying to remember (and be calm). It is important to go through and be sure things are truly locked down from our younger child. Fourth, online purchase and pick up from Best Buy is always a good experience.

PS5 Slim form factor is excellent. Performance is great and it doesn't run too hot or loud. However, the digital version should come with a stand instead of having to pay an additional $30 for it being sold seperately.

I had the original PlayStation 5 and while the performance is identical, it's great to have the form factor of this one. It seems quieter, much smaller and lighter. Overall, great purchase. Good games, awesome controllers.

What can't the PS5 do?!?!?! Amazing console for all ages. It does not take that much space and because this is the digital edition, no disc required. Very reliable, runs games at an amazing speed. It comes with 500 gb, which is enough to download many games from their online store. It comes with one controller, and when you start up your console for the first time, it gives you a tutorial of what your controller can do, and with the dual sense features, it allows you to experience gaming in a whole different level. Would recommend anyone who is looking for a console to get this one.
