No surprises when it comes to best buy. Ive been shopping with them for years now and honestly, the reaults has always been the same. On time delivery, package secured and in great condition. Whenever I had any questions and called they never hesitated to assist and help me find a resolution. We enjoy the PlayStation 5 overall. The graphics are great and gameplay runs smoothly. The dashboard is more complicated than previous PlayStations and takes some getting used to. We’ve also had issues with the controllers developing stick drift much earlier than expected, which is disappointing. Another downside is the camera — it’s been difficult to find a compatible, working option. Still a good console performance-wise, but there are a few frustrating drawbacks.

I recently upgraded from a PS4 to the PS5, and I’m really impressed. Everything feels much faster, from navigating the menus to loading and updating games. The video quality is also incredible, and the overall performance is a huge improvement.
