The same day i got everything downloaded from my ps4 to the ps5 hasnt had promblems yet and overall a great console.

I give it 5 stars not for the ps5 (good console though) but for the help I recieved from the store employees. I had issues with my console where either i sit for about a month for a refurbished console or controller back from playstation. The employees and the manager at the maplewood, mn location (i forgot her name) helped me just get a new controller after already swapping out consoles multiple times.

Great product!! Was playing on Xbox but decided I wanted to switch to a new platform glad I did!

My son loves it. Works great. Graphics on games are amazing. No issues with over heating yet. So far so good!

The best video experience is the PS5, without a doubt. Being digital makes it much better, I should not worry about where my games are, they are always in the cloud.

Amazing console that I game on everyday. Never had any issues. Love the feel of the controller and the speed the console does updates and loads games is fantastic
