    First ps5 wouldnt connect to controllers. Best buy was super hassle free swapped it out with no problems.

    I was not expecting to be given a credit to purchase a whole brand new PS5, at most I was expecting to turn it over to the geek squad for 2-3 weeks for repairs but it was such a pleasant experience to be handed a credit voucher and get a brand new PS5. I knew from this experience to renew the warranty. Thank you BestBuy and Geek Squad!

    I had the first edition with disk. When it finally died I had to replace it and I decided to buy the digital version at Best Buy. With the Total Rewards Membership it was a no brainer. I received extra long coverage on the system and the controller. I will probably never buy any where else. The service members are very polite and knowledgeable.

    Actually a very good Console. Very convenient with just digital. Plus the Ps portal will really make convenient. Playstation have really out did themselves.
