Very good quality of the equipment, a super fast and friendly service

Must say I am disappointed in the product, just when I thought Sony did an improvement to the size of the system and storage. There is a fan noise that tends to be unrelenting from the moment it turns on and gaming that my ears are sensitive too. I wish I had known sooner before purchase. Will be returning the product.

I ordered the PS% for pick-up which was very easy on the website and the customer service was excellent when I picked up the item in the store.

I bought this for my son as a birthday gift- he wanted to be able to play in the living room! I get to see him more which is great - over all no complaints about the machine itself. He wanted the digital console for it’s convincing- but is nostalgic about the discs.

the PS5 is a geart high quality gaming system with very good graphics. One of the best yet. I love my new gaming set up.

This gift was extra special because my nephew has been waiting for his Ps5 since it came out! We suffered the lost of our grandpa and his mom couldn’t afford to get it so i made sure i was able to purchase his game i ordered it and it even came a day before the scheduled day.

They need to stop raising the prices otherwise it’s a fine system.

I love the playstation personally. Grew up with the ps2, 3, and 4. Trying this console out was just as good and has great exclusive games.

works perfectly fine, just had an issue with shipping. came days later than next day shipping which i paid for.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. I don’t like the fact that you cannot buy some discounted online games without having the subscription.

Um its a playstation. need i say more. walked into bestbuy. went to counter dropped the cash walked out of the store. it was a pleasant walk. cool breeze. got into car drove home. seemed like i hit all the green lights. opened the box. looked at the unit and said. Sony should hire apples product designer because this thing is hideous. Slapped it into the entertainment cabinet plugged it in closed the cabinet door. (could not stand looking at it any longer) Turned it on, and guess what? it did exactly what it was expected to.

My son can’t and won’t stop playing this since I purchased it for him….
