Absolutely horrible customer service, do not buy PS5 through them! When my package was never delivered and then figured to be stolen they did not refund or replace it, nor did they follow up on any of the case numbers I opened for it, I had to continuously follow up only for it to not be resolved. Guess I’ll have to get it somewhere else I can actually trust.

My PS5 shuts off when in rest mode, and even with rest mode turned off it will sometimes shut off when I'm on the pause screen for a while and then shut the TV off. It isn't consistent. This has been happening from the moment I got it a few weeks ago.

This game system is great. The only problem we had was shipping and they cancelled my order twice. So we had to reorder but the game system is great

It seems like a good idea at the time but digital only is a bad idea. 1st - you pay the same price for games as if it were a disk with packaging. 2nd- games take forever to drop in price when you can go buy a used one right away for Pennie’s. Do not purchase digital only

I did not receive my package it was suppose to come in the 12 of December

All of a sudden 4 months in it starts overheating constantly can't play for more than 10 minutes, constantly getting error messages as well as freezing up. Not worth it. I've had a PS4 for almost 10 years still working fine I buy a PS5 and I get 4 months worth

Nice but not very advanced. Can’t believe the ps4 upgraded to this. Actually returned it cuz idc for the changes at all. Remote is slightly bigger than fhe ps4

Still needs to get the disc module to play your old PS4 games... and currently disc module out of stock since months back

fps drops in fortnite endgames with massive input delay at all times

I bought this as a gift and as there were no new units in my area I opted for an "open box" unit that was labeled as complete. I did not want the others that were not labeled as complete as I did not want to run the risk of missing parts or scratches, etc. However, the unit was missing almost everything other than the unit and and controller.

Pretty decent, a bit expensive for the quality. I would probably get the full version instead.

I bought my ps5 and i loved it, but it comed with a error in discord voice channel and just mine ps5 have it!!

Worth the money spent but would be nice if they have two controller with bit more price!
