I purchased and paid for a ‘new’ PS5 on the Best Buy app for my son’s 13th birthday. Best Buy shipped me an open box. When I messaged them to request a price adjustment since they sent an ‘open box’ item, they referred me to the Sony PS5 manufacturer, ?? and refused to take responsibility and do the right thing. Unfortunately it was beyond 14 days when I finally opened the shipping box to wrap it and I couldn’t return/exchange it. I’d urge you to buy from anyone else other than Best Buy. They allowed a used product to be shipped out as ‘new’ and customer service is a challenge. Should have gone to Target, saved 5% with a RedCard and actually got what I paid for.

Good specs at its price point. Although, having to pay monthly subscription for online play is absurd!

It’s okay. Controller doesn’t work well. Buttons stick too often

Bought the PlayStation 5 back on June 22nd. The controller that came with it is now not charging, even when connected to a different source. Best Buy won’t return it after 15 days unless you pay a subscription to be a “plus” member. Cancelling my credit card and not doing business with Best Buy from here forward. Too many competitor retail stores that have better return policies and stand by their products.

Great special if you don't like to have a game everywhere.

I ordered this game at a birthday gift . The item never arrived. I was offered the money back but not another item . This isn’t my first mishap with them unfortunately.

It over heats after only having it for 2 months…..

The worst experience ever, they got my address wrong “delivered the package” to an unknown address and didn’t give my money back or sent a new package.

I bought the PS5 brand new online Best Buy but game stopped working on me less than 30 days later. Very disappointing.

What can i say… its a console. Got it to play exclusive titles with my console friends. Pcmr

This is a poor excuse for a "slim" model. The shape is just as bad as the original.

Was delayed and had to go pick it up after I ordered a ps5 before this one and it was completely shipped back and had to wait more than a week for my refund then this one got delayed too.
