Bad quality and Best Buy has the worst customer service.

Horrible they sold me a playstation 5 slim with a defect, I had to recently take it back to get a whole brain new one.

I would recommend this PS5. I bought this as an early Christmas gift for my son. I have always been a Xbox guy. But seeing the price of Xbox plus the game pass is outrageous. PlayStation is cheaper and gives you more free games to play than Xbox. Plus the premium game pass is well worth it. You can play cloud games and not worry about downloading. Downloading games on PS5 is also quicker. I downloaded Black Ops 7 in less than 20 mins. The whole game! Xbox takes forever to download. The picture quality is a lot more crisp than my Xbox Series X.

This is a waste of time in money. Your better off getting the disk one. Had to return this.

been wanting one for a minute and finally bit the bullet. got a great deal and i absolutely love it. i’ve missed having a playstation. i plan to get an internal ssd though just because storage is so limited

It runs very well and smooth and gets hots very fast. This is a personal thing but the controller is a little chunky and isn’t comfortable to hold. Overall, it’s a recommend for sure.
