Purchased this bad boy to play CFB25. So far so good. I had always been an Xbox guy when I played on console, but decided to give PS a shot since their exclusives tend to be better in my opinion.

The PlayStation 5 is incredible as someone coming from the PlayStation 4. Especially at the end of its life having a chance to move on to the PlayStation 5 and feeling over nude sense of joy similar to what I had with the PlayStation 4 was incredible.

It was easy to install my son really enjoy the games I enjoyed the games.

Sometimes i have to reset it a couple times to turn on. Assuming that’s why it’s an open box. But otherwise works great.

First impressions are everything. Starting from when I picked up the package it was clear the item was not properly packaged to prevent it from moving inside internally. Upon opening the item I realized only after picking up the console that I nearly snapped my ps5 in half; leaving a soft bend and a lasting impression on the surface. Even the black cover front from just a accidental soft stroke of my finger nail left a deep cat claw like mark. The experience just felt counterfeit and ungenuine like past Sony products. I felt nauseated. On the flip side the console resembled a newly constructed building and much like my favorite hotel The Double Tree. It was a refreshing-fresh feel but without the those mouth watering oven baked warm walnut-chocolate cookies at the front desk that all the guests were in line craving for (reference to the attachable cd-less drive). Id say dont even bother with this new version unless you plan on taking the console apart and using it inside a newly miniturized chassis. Id be more than willing to pay double to see that product, than to be satisfied with what appears to be a “mini-me” version of Dr. Evil from the movie Austin Powers of the originally sized Playstation 5. I am thankful I have Best Buy Total Tech Membership-a protection plan which covers accidental damage and a great return policy, but upset at the fact than even the cost of such plan was a greater value than the actual product than I had purchased. I am certain I would of most likely avoided purchasing this product all together from any other retailer than Best Buy in this regard and I may wish to return if the PlayStation exclusive console games dont fair as well as the console itself. I hope this review was helpful and could be used to further development of future products.

PS5 is fantastic. Brings back so many memories as kid working for my dad and buying my first ever console; PS2 and Madden 2001. Glad to be back with PS and all the amazing games they have!
