It was easy to order and was easy to pickup. The employee was very nice and would definitely keep shopping here again.

I have never had an issue, we have 3 consoles in our household so far. One thing I recommend is Sony getting more creative with controller colors. So bland.

I love the look and feel of both the controller and console. And with the rx 5700 playing games on this and my gaming rig are different only in fps now. But the lack of support for features like a web browser hurt the overall experience. I was hoping to buy a new media center with this console but the lack of media apps and a proper browser prevent that. Otherwise a great gaming experience and as a first time playstation user it was overall good but lacking in some areas.

Was amazing especially for an open box order. I was very lucky to be able to get everything and have a highly functioning ps5.

Best Buy has great products and services. I will be back soon and would always recommend Best Buy!

My 16 year old son really enjoys his Playstation 5. He really enjoys being able to play games online against his older brother, who is away at college.

The Slim version is perfect and more affordable. I don't even plan buying any physical media. Used to Xbox. I adapted fast and think it's a better platform with better games

The PS5 entertainment system is such a big hit with my adult sons and their boys. I love watching them play and spend hours together doing an activity they enjoy as fathers and sons.

The service from the best buy was excellent. Really helpful in finding what I wanted to buy. System works really well one of the best experiences I have had in a long time.

I bought this because to me personally is great i hate consoles that take up alot of space and this doesnt love it.
