    Great purchase, my son is beyond happy. Transferring data was smooth from his ps4 to the ps5 game system.

    Even though I bought this item for my husband as a brand new item , it over heats , shuts down from time to time

    I had to go to the store three times to make the purchase. There was poor advice and poor service from the staff. With the console all good, no problem

    The open box PS5 itself was in excellent condition. Everything worked perfectly but i'm giving it 3/5 stars and thats because it included the wrong charging cable for the controller and no power cord, Which would've sucked way worse if i didn't have a spare power cord from an old PS4 and a USB C to USB C on hand to charge the controller.
