Very friendly staff. Help me reset my PlayStation to factory settings so that I could trade it in for a new one. The process was easyi was back up and playing the same day.

I’ve played for over 10 years on Xbox playing first person shooters and racing simulation games. But lately I have gotten tired of how bad some of the new games on Xbox I’ve been so I decided to switch and try a PlayStation five and all I can say is why did I wait so long, the graphics are just amazing on Gran Tursimo 7 and its lightning fast and hasnt frozen like my series x would do. My only complaint would be at how fast download speeds are. War thunder on my series x took only 90mins to download. On my ps5 it took 28hours! Same wifi same internet speeds test but it sure is slower! But will i return it back? Nope. Im hooked!

My kids have been using this PlayStation for years and years. So many great memories come out of this.

My son loves playing games on this ps5. He got his friends to get one. So they can play on it together.

Pretty great, still works the same at disc console version, controller is comfortable as well. More affordable as well

I been putting off upgrading to a PS5 from a PS4 thinking it wouldn't be that big of a difference. Man was I so wrong! It has been a completely different experience. I can't believe I just now switched.
