I’m happy to say it exceeded my expectations. The console arrived in great condition — clean, well-packed, and clearly taken care of. It was obvious right away that this wasn’t a “beat up” return. Everything we needed was included, and setup was quick and painless. Performance has been flawless. The PS5 runs quietly, loads games fast, and the graphics are amazing. Even during long gaming sessions, there have been no issues with overheating or lag. The controller feels great, and the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback really do make a difference. What I appreciated most was the value. Choosing open-box saved money without sacrificing quality, and it still felt like gifting something special. Watching his reaction on Christmas morning confirmed I made the right choice. If you’re on the fence about an open-box PS5, don’t be. As long as it’s from a trusted seller, it can be a great way to get a top-tier console at a better price. I’d absolutely purchase open-box again.

Everything worked perfectly but i'm giving it 3/5 stars and thats because it included the wrong charging cable for the controller and no power cord, Which would've sucked way worse if i didn't have a spare power cord from an old PS4 and a USB C to USB C on hand to charge the controller.
