The online transaction went as smoothly as possible. Initially, it was supposed to arrive on Thursday of the week I ordered it in. However, to my surprise, it arrived on Wednesday making it a day early! But, the PS5 itself is fantastic. This is the "slim" model. I don't like that it doesn't come with a vertical stand for the console anymore, and if I want to use it in vertical orientation, I have to pay for the vertical stand now. Whereas before with the "non slim" version, it was free. I don't see why that little piece of plastic should warrant a charge of any kind. It should be free with the slim version also. But that is on Sony, not Best Buy. It also has a larger hard drive than the original version. But I love my PS5. It is so fast,, and so much better than the ecks box.

This ps5 is very worth the money, if you are thinking about upgrading from a ps4 do it, and if you dont have a console buy the ps5 its very worth it

I bought this as a gift to myself and I have 0 complaints. Easy setup and works great. If I was forced to say something negative about it, I would say it takes a while to download games, but it’s always been like that lol.

I been had this PlayStation 5 digital edition for few years now and it has worked wonderfully no issues or anything i really recommend it for budget console and you are able to get the disc drive separately another time

The DualSense controller adds an incredible level of immersion, and every time I use the console, I enjoy it even more. I also have to say that I love shopping at Best Buy. Their service is reliable, the process is easy, and I always feel confident buying my tech there. Getting my PS5 through Best Buy made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended.
