Bought a brand new ps5 that was very due to retire the ps4 slim. Love the ps5 so much and the people at the Best Buy were very helpful and respectful.

Everyone was very nice and helpful and knew what they were talking about. Everything was easy to find. I would highly recommend friends and family.

I chatted with online representative to insure I bought the correct stuff for the correct location. It was fast and easy process and even faster pick up.

My 6 year old loves this we upgraded from a ps4 he loves Fortnite came with a bunch of skins and vbucks so that’s a plus… also I was able to pick in his ps4 games and the ps5 copied them so he has all his games! Money well spent

Making the orden was easy. When the console arrived to the store they notify you through email and in the app too. At the store it was easy to pick up 2 minutes approximately and I was leaving the store with the product.

This is ok but I still prefer the older consoles load times are long and I would rather have a physical copy of my games

The PS5 is an elite gaming system! The graphics are incredibly clear, the console runs quickly and efficiently, and the controller’s haptic feedback is unlike any other gaming experience.

The PS line has been great for me/us. I started with the OG many years ago single. Now with a family, none have given problems. Only reason we bought this one is lightning struck our home and we lost PCs, modem and the PS5.
