    The PS5 was great but very frustrating that the salesperson was misinformed when i specifically asked her if there were any regional restrictions in my purchase given I was on holiday from UK. The answer was “no” but when i got home to the UK and tried to redeem the Fortnite code for my children, it became apparent that Playstation apply regional restrictions leaving me with a voucher that i cannot use. If i was more accurately informed I would have saved myself $75 rather than spending the money on something that i couldnt use nor Playstation would transfer. Expected better from BestBuy here in terms of being informed.
