Don't buy an open box in "excellent condition" and think you're going to get the Fortnite voucher even thought Best Buy claims "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)."

I had been waiting for a while to get a PS5. I finally got it, and the console is defective. It may work one day but all other times it goes to a black screen and shuts off. One of your employees told me my prior tv was garbage and i needed a new one. So i bought one and the console still has issues. Best buy failed to let me exchange or return it so I've wasted money on it

Staff seemed annoyed I wanted to buy a PS5 & then tried to sell me an opened box.

Terrible!! I got three of these that were part of this bundle and everyone of them wouldn’t get past the load up screen very frustrating so much so I returned it and didn’t buy one. Nor will I be buying from Best Buy in the future.

In less than 6 months I have had to replace it twice due software issues. It either goes pixelated or black out. Going on the 3rd one. This is the last try. Not even worth it.

Console kept crashing when my kids would play Fortnite a hard crash, theyd do a emote and the whole thing would shut down and not power on for minutes. I returned it and purchased a series x.

The PS5 broke after Christmas then they charged us $80.00 because it was no longer on sale which is bull crap

came with everything it was supposed too. worked right out of the box. Pro tip, you don't need a stand for it to be vertical. It has feet and stands nicely on it's own.
