This open box that was supposed to be “like new” came with no controller or the Spiderman that was supposed to be included for $500. When I called customer support, they told me I’d have to exchange it, but there are no PS5 with 200 miles from here so I had to keep it. They wouldn't offer a partial refund for the missing items. Never buying open box items again.

Product lacks charging capabilities Was good fresh out the box but after a month now the charging process is long , first week out the box I had the delete and reinstall games I had installed once I got it back then had loading issues and failed to load in, had to send PlayStation error reports also

Xmas 2023. Kids were very excited to get this. Initial hookups to a Sony tv were simple. This was the Spider Man bundle version of the Playstation 5. Although I knew the game would have to be downloaded I had no idea it was going to take over 24 hours. Same thing for a free version of Roblox. Huge disappointment. Although it would have cost more money to buy the games the outcome would have been much better. It is now the next day and Playstation says there 26 hours remaining for Spider Man to download which works out to something more than 50 hours. Do not buy this bundled version.

I received an item that is not as described No spider man 2 game as advertised in the box nor a charger or controller power cord and system only very disappointed went to the store and the problem was still not resolved called and still nothing has been resolved tried to get an even exchange but still no hope be sure to check ur items for leaving the store and if ur ordering online as soon as u get the package video it so this doesn’t happen to you my son was so disappointed

This is the best console on the market!!! The best things about this console is by far the fact that it has 200gb more storage than the normal PS5, is smaller, and doesn't have any overheating issues. This is definitely worth around 700$ not 500$, yet sony decides to include one of their best PS5 games with it. I first felt a little sad for not saving up for a PC instead, but I soon realized you can connect a keyboard and mouse to this console and play some fps games and multiplayer games with it. Xbox needs to step up their game, you get 3 monthly games that you can save permanently to your library and download anytime with PlayStation plus, and after just a year of owning this console, I have acquired around 40 games from just this feature! The controllers are also great, a built in microphone, adaptive triggers than can change their resistance and a built in speaker for voice chat or for some other game features. That's not even the end of it, you can play any game in 4k buttery smooth on high settings. Why even consider getting a PC at this price range, this is worth every penny and probably more!!!

The voucher code for their included game is flimsy and likely to rip off. You won't be able to redeem your code and you'll be redirected between playstation and BestBuy trying to buzz you off.

My husband loves this... so much. I'd encouraged him to get one for some time but he never would. So I made the purchase as a gift. He's played so many games and I've not heard a single complaint. It appeared to hook up to our television with ease and while at first I was concerned that it would need to be upright, making it too big for the space that used to house the PS4... we found that it actual duals as a flat laying product. It's quiet, but it does put off a bit of heat, though I'd say that's relatively normal. Definitely recommend the upgrade, some of his old games have been repurchased and he says they look better now too. Red Dead Redemption for example... Wow...

First off the graphics are crazy. Its almost too much for the brain the process. It plays 4k and 8k. The disc drive can play CDs now for the first time. It can play or update your game copy to PS5. The mic and speaker are built in to the controller. So no headset needed. It liads games quick. DLing a game took me 24 mins. Transferring PS4 data to PS5 console took 18-20 hrs. The PS5 has voice commands which has a limitation of what it can do. C cable can plug into wall charger to charge your controller. Everything will improve with this console in the future via updates. Digital games are so much easier to access and has me thinking about switching from hard copy to digital. Games take up space too. Digital is effective and efficient. The PS5 slim disc version has 1 TB of storage. It came with Spiderman 2 in a bundle for $481.88 after taxes. Im very gappy to have this and the best deal for a PS5 slim disc bundle, only at Best Buy. No other store comes close.

I bought the playstation with the intentions of platjng spiderman but then also grabbed hogwarts legacy while i was at it. The ps5 graphics that are rendered are beyond exceptional. For fifa my wife thought there was actually a game in tv, thats how awesome it is. I will say the console does give off alot of hest so place in an area that will recieve proper ventilation. I looked into getting external fans but many articles stated as long as you keep it in a good are the built in fans will do the rest. Tip: if you are into heavy gaming consider purchasing more memory to install (very easy). As well as oick up a controller charger and most importantly place your concole on its side not verticle as you see advertised….it will last you longer. Research shows its beat to have it on its side.

IF you don't have a PS5 already, this is a great option to consider. Otherwise, there is nothing this model does that the original PS5 doesn't already do. It is pretty much identical, specs-wise, and runs just as efficiently as the original. It does, however, come with bigger storage than the original (1 TB). Design-wise, the new sleek look is quite nice in person while being significantly smaller in size than the original model (about 30% smaller). The console does come with its own stand, though it only allows for horizontal display. All in all, this is a pretty good update to the current one, and I suspect it will be the replacement for the original model going forward.
