Headeache and time consuming, but you cant have winners in every box. We try again!

This is really my first time owning one since I got a PlayStation 2 as a kid that I almost never touched. In comparison to Xbox, it’s pretty terrible considering how slow speeds are and connection in general. But it has really cool features that I like. I love that you can play pretty much instantly and keep it in the background while you do other things on the consul. But I agree with other people, it’s really only good for PlayStation exclusives, not worth playing other games if you have another console that has them too. Because they’re pretty expensive and they don’t have a good deal like the Xbox game pass does. I probably wouldn’t have even wasted my time doing a review if it weren’t for the fact that I bought my PlayStation open box deal and when I opened the box, someone had already taken out the Spider-Man game and it took me almost 3 weeks to get a gift card by email, which only happened after I wrote into Better Business Bureau about the situation after trying to contact a couple people at customer service. They really need to double check things before they send them out, of course the person that had it first is going to take out the game code. Just not a good experience
