Overheating major problem!!

I really do love my ps5 but overheated was a definite issue.

Less than 1yr and FRIED

Went to bestbuy for support, nothing they could do, need to go straight to Sony. Called Sony, they tried to troubleshoot it, but the man said yea the system is dead. My PS4 literally last me 10yrs lol it's still running great. This sucks

Don’t buy open box

The problem is Best Buy. Returns aren’t checked for content or completeness. My ‘like new, in box’ didn’t include Spider-Man; and one trigger of the controller doesn’t have the feedback. My options were to drive an hour and return it; or go and buy the pack in game myself - and send the controller to Sony to fix.

Decent system but has issues

You can hardly reach sony by phone and the webpage is sometimes not working properly. They have to mail you a shipping box and you have to ship your system off....I advise you have a back up plan for your kids.
