Mixed feelings

Easy to purchase and good shipping. PlayStation is great. However the Spider-Man game card with its voucher code keeps reading as invalid or expired. I’ve been given the run around with PlayStation and Best Buy support. Still awaiting a refund or new voucher code. It was a gift for family and it’s been a mess to iron out and still not done. Tread carefully.

Horrible on the part of Best Buy

The one star is for Best Buy, not for Playstation/Sony. Do not buy any open-box item from Best Buy. This was shown as excellent condition with all the accessories and parts being there, but there were accessories missing and the console was dirty and had marks on them. The plastic was warped. This was not excellent condition. Also, if they are going to sell you open-box item, they need to make it more clear that the full game download is no longer included.
